Dr. Amoke Chibuike Thaddeus

Dr. Chibuike Amoke is an academic and researcher in the field of Public Administration, with expertise in human resource management, organisational development, research methodology, industrial relations, and conflict management.

He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, obtained in 2026. He also holds an M.Sc. in Human Resources Management and Development, obtained in 2016, and a B.Sc. in Public Administration, obtained in 2011, both from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

His teaching areas include Research Methodology, Industrial and Conflict Management and Resolution, Elements of Human Resources Management, and Administrative Theories and Development.

His research interests span public administration, human resource management, information and communication technology (ICT) adoption, artificial intelligence, digital marketing, financial inclusion, strategic management, and organisational effectiveness. His recent publications address ICT adoption and human resource management efficiency, digital marketing and financial inclusion, artificial intelligence in human resource management, and strategic management practices in Nigerian organisations.

He is a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and holds a Proficiency Certificate in Management from the Institute. Dr. Amoke is committed to teaching, research, student mentorship, and the application of contemporary management and technology-driven solutions to organisational and public-sector challenges.
