𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗦
This is to inform all candidates who have applied or are planning to apply for admission into FCFMT for the 2026/2027 academic session that uploading your O’Level (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) results onto the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) portal is a mandatory requirement for admission.
The College will not be unable to process admission for candidates who fail to upload their O’Level results.
Candidates can complete this requirement using either of the following methods:
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝 𝟏: 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞)
- Log in to your profile on the official JAMB eFacility Portal.
- Make the required verification fee payment (₦1,500 for a single sitting or ₦2,000 for two sittings).
- Send an SMS text containing the word “VERIFY” followed by your unique verification code to 55019 or 66019.
- Return to your dashboard, select the “2026 UTME O level upload” module, input your code, select your subjects (5 to 9 subjects), and submit.
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝 𝟐: 𝐉𝐀𝐌𝐁 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐁𝐓 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞
- Visit any approved computer-based test (CBT) location nationwide.
- Provide your original WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB statement of results/result slip along with your JAMB profile details.
- The center officer will scan, verify, and biometrically upload your grades directly into the JAMB ecosystem.
𝐓𝐨 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐔𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬
- Log in to the JAMB eFacility Portal.
- Navigate to “Check Admission Status” and click on “Access my CAPS”.
- Click on the “My O’level result” tab to verify that all your subjects and grades are reflecting accurately.
𝐓𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧
- Open the messaging app on the phone number linked to your JAMB profile.
- Type your JAMB Registration Number, leave a single space, and type ACCEPT in capital letters (e.g., 202612345678AB ACCEPT).
- Send the text message to 55019 or 66019.
- Wait for a confirmation reply showing your admission has been accepted.
