Dr. Nwagu Chibueze

Dr. Nwagu Chibueze Okoronkwo is a Lecturer I in the Department of Maritime Transport and Business Management at the Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology (FCFMT), Lagos.

He holds a Ph.D. in Maritime Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), obtained in 2024. He also holds a Professional Master’s degree in Transport and Logistics (MTL) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, obtained in 2020; an M.Sc. in Marine Transportation from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, obtained in 2018; and a B.Tech. in Shipping Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, obtained in 2011.

Dr. Okoronkwo is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and holds the professional designation of Chartered Member in Logistics and Transport (CMILT). He is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Management.

His academic and professional interests focus on maritime management, shipping, marine transportation, transport logistics, and business management. He is committed to excellence in teaching, research, student mentorship, and the advancement of sustainable maritime transport and logistics practices.
