QUALITY POLICY  STATEMENT        

In pursuit of our strategic direction and with consistent alignment with the context of our organization through a risk-based approach, the Top Management of FCFMT is committed to continual improvement of its Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the International Organization for Standardization requirements (ISO 9001:2015) and shall consistently ensure compliance with all other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. 

This quality policy statement shall provide a framework for establishing measurable quality objectives at relevant levels and functions shall be reviewed every year and when required for continuing suitability to ensure:

• Consistency in meeting our customers´ expectations and service requirements by always providing Quality Service.
• Increase in customers’ and other stakeholders’ confidence in our organization;
• Improved employees’ commitment to quality service delivery at all levels.
