Ugonne Vivian Nwosu

Vivian Nwosu is a dedicated and result-driven academic with strong communication, teaching, and research skills. She is committed to academic excellence, professional integrity, and creating an inclusive learning environment. She also collaborates effectively with colleagues to support the achievement of institutional objectives.
She holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Public Administration from Lead City University, Ibadan, obtained in 2021, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Relations from Wellspring University, Benin City, obtained in 2015.
Her teaching areas include Introduction to Psychology, International Organisations and Institutions, and E-Governance. Her research interests span Human Resources Management, International Relations, and Public Relations.
Her selected publications include studies on fringe benefits and job satisfaction among Nigerian public servants; the implementation, prospects, and challenges of Nigeria’s contributory pension policy; national interest in foreign policy making during Nigeria’s Fourth Republic; and the effect of organisational structure on managerial decision quality.
She is a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria and a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management. She remains committed to quality teaching, impactful research, continuous professional development, and student mentorship.
